Donation

HACI works through a multi-sectoral approach to collect donations and supporting low income families, individuals, communities, academia, small scale farmers, small and medium entrepreneurs (SMEs), universities, colleges and other deserving sectors.

Donation Collection Procedure:

  • Donor(s) are identified and contacted by HACI or can contact HACI by them self.
  • Collection of funds from donor(s) can be done by cash, through bank or other means of money transaction or equipment transfer.
  • Record of name of donor along with amount provided will be kept in HACI record.
  • No discrimination on the base of religion, sect, gender, language, culture etc. will be done while collection of Zakat / Donation.
  • The donations includes zakat collection

Zakat / Donation Distribution Procedure:

  • Deserving candidates are identified and contacted by HACI or can contact HACI by them self.
  • Distribution of funds from donor(s) can be done by cash, through bank, equipment transfer, services (analytical, medical or others) or other means.
  • Record of name of recipient / candidate along with amount provided are kept in HACI record.
  • A receipt with signature of recipient are kept in record.
  • Additional documents (if needed) are kept in record.
  • No discrimination on the base of religion, sect, gender, language, culture etc. is being followed.

Types / categories of funds generated by HACI:

  1. Danish Welfare Fund (DWF)
  2. Charity Fund (CF)
  3. Disaster Management Fund (DMF)
  4. Soft Loan Fund (SLF)
  5. Medical Care Fund (MF)
  6. Analytical Services (AS)

Danish Welfare Fund (DWF)

i. This fund is to support deserving students (either orphans or from poor families) for basic or higher studies.
ii. This fund only covers tuition fee.
iii. The fund is collected from donors and distributed annually.
iv. All the data of money allocation is recorded for track & tractability.
v. The student will submit the fee receipt of his / her institute of study.
vi. The student is not bound to pay back the money.

Charity Fund (CF)

i. This fund is to support deserving people (either orphans, disables or from poor families) and/or organizations working for the benefit of such people.
ii. This fund covers expenses of livelihood etc.
iii. All the data of money allocation is recorded for track & traceability.
iv. This fund is not for refundable purpose.

Disaster Management Fund (DMF)

i. This fund is to support the people affected by any kind of natural or non-natural disaster, throughout the world.
ii. Any type of help, either financial, medical, living support, food etc. can be provided through this fund. It depends on the need and importance of certain decision on time of disaster.
iii. All the data of money allocation is recorded for track & traceability.
iv. This fund is not for refundable purpose.

Soft Loan Fund (SLF)

i. This fund is to support deserving people (either orphans or from poor families).
ii. This fund covers expenses for small business.
iii. The recipient / candidate is supposed to request HACI with a workable small business plan.
iv. HACI may help the recipient / candidate to establish his / her small business.
v. All the data of money allocation is recorded for track & traceability.
vi. This fund is only for refundable purpose.
vii. No interest or service charges will be applied on loan given under this category.

Medical Care Fund (MF)

i. Deserving patients and their families are being supported either financially as payment of medical charges or by lending equipment (such as oxygen concentrator etc., till the recovery of patient).

Analytical Services (AS)

i. As a third word, the universities, colleges and research institutes of Pakistan lacks modern analytical facilities. This program is a new initiative of HACI to establish a research sharing facility where analytical services will be provided to the deserving students for their research, as well as to farmers, SMEs and others to grow their production leading to improvement in their livelihood. We are looking at partners to donate equipment, materials and others to establish a diagnostic as well as research facility.
